These Terms & Conditions apply when you use www.earthling3.com or purchase products from Earthling.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Product colours, finishes and appearance may vary slightly depending on manufacturing tolerances, materials, photography and the device or display used to view our website.
Product availability is subject to change. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate product, size and variant before ordering. Where fitting or product-use instructions are provided, please follow those instructions.
3. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We may decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, information supplied with the order is incorrect, or there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount.
You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order.
4. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include GST where applicable.
Shipping charges, taxes, duties or other applicable charges will be shown at checkout where available or may otherwise be payable by the customer depending on the destination.
Payment is processed using the payment methods made available at checkout.
Your order will not be dispatched until any payment required before dispatch has been successfully processed.
5. PRE-ORDERS
Some products may be offered for pre-order before stock is available for immediate dispatch.
Where a product is sold on pre-order, we will provide an estimated dispatch or delivery period on the product page or during checkout.
These dates are estimates based on the information reasonably available to us at the time. Manufacturing, freight, customs and other circumstances may affect timing.
If there is a material delay to a pre-order, we will provide updated information where reasonably practicable and any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
Products ordered together with a pre-order product may be shipped together or separately depending on availability.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to the destinations made available through our checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, peak periods and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CONSUMER RIGHTS
